Sensation of heat on the back of my wrist . . .?!

Question:

Sensation of heat on the back of my wrist . . .?

For a couple days now, I have been getting a feeling of heat on the back of my right wrist, every few hours, that lasts for about thirty seconds. Any ideas? It feels like I just rubbed muscle rub or Tiger Balm on my arm.

It is not painful, it's just hot for about ten seconds and goes away. Today my doc said he thinks it's related to my tennis elbow, which we believe is caused by years of keyboarding at my job. Funny that I don't get the heat in left arm because that arm has worse tennis elbow. He recommended ice for 20 mins at a time a few times a day.
And yes, I will back sloooowly away from the mouse, bad mouse!

Answers:

I agree with love my garden. Sounds like a dermal nerve. If it's the right wrist, put the mouse down and slowly back away. lol. If it gets any worse, DO see a Dr.
