Mild right-side upper quadrant pain?
Every time we have an audit at work, I have mild-to-moderate pain in that area, and it's only during those audits at which time it is stressful. It's not so painful I can't work, but it is irritating. All other times, there is no pain. Could this be my gallbladder, or just stress?

This has gone on for nine years, and only happens several days a year.

I bet its stress.
Stress can also cause pain in gallbladder.
