How many hours of sleep do you get on a regular basis?!

Question:

How many hours of sleep do you get on a regular basis?

I normally get about 2 hours every night. It's enough for me. If I sleep for more than about 4-5 hours It's extremely hard to wake up/stay up. If I do sleep that long I'll wake up on and off for the rest of the day till around night time when my sleepiness is gone.

I've been getting this amount of sleep on a regular basis since I was 13. I do function normal although Im not normal and many things are wrong with me. I have high blood pressure and Im not on meds, Im flatfooted, I have a lisp, etc. But yea 2 hours is ideal, internal clock wont let me sleep more than 4 in a row without waking up.

Answers:

I get around 6 most nights and function much better than i did on more sleep.

I actually read a really interesting article which talked about ppl who slept for less time long term were generally the ones who lived longer..... strange but seeminly true

I will say I definately need more than 2 hours though you do well to only need that much
