i think i may have trapped wind. the pain is in my lower back at the right side, does it sound like wind or could it b something else, im scared cos im also 4 weeks pregnant!

Hi, I'm a bit concerned cos you say the pain is in your back. Whenever I get trapped wind it affects my stomach, making it grumbly and painful. Please go to your doctor and explain it. It may be trapped wind or maybe you have strained some muscles recently in that area? Good luck to you and congratulations on your pregnancy.
