My stomach keeps doing a small, weird up and down motion?
it's not twitching. it's a weird up and down motion, it only moves a few millimeters. it's weird. like a clock ticking. please help! it's weird. i can barely notice it, but if i hold my breathe, i can see it better.

oh, and underneath my right ribs has been hurting. sharp pains after running and eating. and this pushing feeling; like someone is inside of me, pushing my ribs out. it sounds weird, but that's what it feels like.

i have a sore throat, could that be related?

it sounds like you have an enlarged spleen [the pain in the ribcage area] have you been sick lately? if so then it is a side affect. if not then you need to see a dr. asap because an enlarged spleen [if gets to big and not taken care of] is serious.
