My toes!!!!!!!?

i jammed my toes into the couch running my 2nd and 3rd toe they hurt when i walk and i cant brong myself to move them could they be broken and i had alot of force i weigh over 300 lbs

same thing happened to me yesterday Hit my toe on the couch but only broke my pinky toe i went to tha emergency they taped my toe to tha one next to it so it would heel. also gave me Vicatin (pain killers) . so i suggest pain killers and tape em. thats all u can do !
