Hurt foot?
o.k so i tried a new trick on my skateboard and i landed on the outside edge of my foot while bailing on the trick and it hurts me really bad when i put any weight to the outside of the foot it happened a couple days ago and it feels a little better now i am just kind of curious to what happened.

after 24 hrs,soak in hot hot water for 20 minutes every 2 hrs and wrap in a heating pad at night...set it on 1 notch below high...hyper extended ligaments
