Can you help me? OTs, PTs, or SLPs!!!?
I am an SLP grad student working in a nursing home for an externship...can you explain to me in easy to understand terms what productivity is and the equation you use to calculate?? I usually am at the site for 3 hours and put in 2.5 hours of therapy. How does drive time become a factor?? HELP!
Answers:
productivity is number of patients seen divided by hours worked in the same time period. For example if you see 12 patients in 8 hrs your productivity is 1.5 (which is usually min productivity rate).
