I want to know how to stop nailbiting ?

i start nail biting when im really nervous and scared. which is a usual thing for me.

They sell these products in like drug stores and places that you can paint on your nails so that it tastes really bad and you wont want to bite your nails.

Also if your a girl then you can get a really nice manicure to deter it.
