Dented Talus Treatment?
Hello. I possibly dented my talus (in ankle). I have a general ache and when I move my ankle a certain way, it click/pops and hurts a bit. I've had an ultrasound, x-ray and cat scan and this is what it might be. So my question is what would the treatment be for a dented talus? Thanks.

Put on an ankle brace, or just wrap it with a tensor bandage, and give it as much rest as possible. If you're the mommy then the rest of the crew will just have to fend for themselves and look after you for a change. Anyway, stay off the foot for a while and keep your leg elevated. You're not completely out of commission, but stay of the foot as much as possible for a couple of weeks.
