First time massage for a teen girl?

I'm 15 and going in for my first massage ever. I'm going in for a deep tissue massage since I have a minor form or fibromyalgia in my left shoulder/back and neck due to a taekwondo injury. The massage will be given by an older man and I'm a bit worried. I know he's a professional, but I still feel weird. I don't know if I would have to take off much since it's just in my upper back, and maybe I could still wear a sports bra? Is it okay that I feel this weird about it?

I need assurance! :]

It is cool to feel uncomfortable, but don't worry too much. If you want, you can ask if a friend or a family member can be present. If he says no, go somewhere else.
