Does 100mg of diphenhyramine give you recreational effects, or just a good nights sleep? I'm looking for the second choice, I was wondering before i took two 50mg unisom gelcaps,

You'll fall asleep. OTC sleeping pills are usually 50mg, so taking 2 means you'll just sleep.
