Constant pain two years after a broken femur? and back injury?!

Question:

Constant pain two years after a broken femur? and back injury?

problem 1: i was in a car accident two years ago and broke my femur, they put a rod in with two pins at the hip & knee to hold it in place. They did a good job, my legs were still the same length and i walk straight without a limp. Now two yrs later i play lacrosse at the college level... or at least try to. I can't be a starting defender because my knee and hip are constantly in pain which causes weakness in the leg. I've done PT and seen docs more than I can stand and nothing changes. I recently had an x-ray done and the head of the pin in my hip is slightly starting to poke out of the bone, but the doc says that it shouldn't be causing that much pain/discomfort. Anyone have something similar? Solutions?
problem 2: car accident also caused severe lower back trauma/fractures. two yrs later the pain is getting worse so i get an MRI, doc says i have the back of a 70 yr old (im 19). the facet joints are and disks are messed up in L4-S2. What Q's should I be asking the doc? my options?

Answers:

You solutions are these:

Marijuana (which despite what many think, is legal in the U.S. as long as you are using it for medical reasons)

Better: shoes, insoles, pillows (typical kind are bad for your neck) seats (without a hole or depression on the seat for your tail bone you are asking for pain) and if the back is not conforming to your spine, that isn't gonna help either, and a better bed (a sagging bed can be killer).

Electrotherapy and infrared heating devices can be a big help.

You may also be suffering from gas pains and or nerves in your spine being pinched. I've found that cracking my neck can prevent me from having what I call "nerve attacks". I don't know why it works but it does. If you decide to try cracking your neck be gentle and experiment to see what feels "right". Sometimes you may have to lie down on the floor and either curl your back a little or lie flat while trying to get your neck to crack. Another way you can do it is by sitting down with one knee up, grasp your knee with your hands and twist your upper or lower back with your neck bent to one side or the other while making snake like movements with your neck at the same time. It's almost like yoga.

If you post an ad in free classifieds perhaps you can get someone to give you a free exam.

If the pain doesn't go away or gets worse, you might be better off quitting your job and applying for disability income. If you live in america, find the closest social security office to apply to for disability. To find it, type your zipcode into a search engine and "social security administration". If you apply, be prepared to tell them that you are completely disabled (it's the rich people's way of punishing your for begging, breaking, and breaking your spirit to make you their slave.) You can't get disability unless you say you are completely disabled.

Look in my profile and click the link, there will be links to products on that page for neck, back, and nerve pain.

I'd post them here but there are hateful anti-Christian trolls that will lie about anything I say including that I'm spamming to get rid of me. Blame them for the inconvenience.
