I have been going for acupuncture for dry mouth and dry eyes...it's a very long process, no instant cure here!! Some things take longer than others to show any progress...it depends on what you'd be going to them for..but the one I go to has several scrapbooks filled with glowing testimonials..it can help anything from quitting smoking to appetite control, to fibromyalgia, even heart health...just make sure to check the practitioner's background!! Mine is from China, where his father did the same thing...he studied for FIVE YEARS..(!!) to be licensed..it's definitely worth while to look into it, but please make sure the person has lots of experience, and ask to see testimonials, etc....
