Aftermath work out problem?!

Aftermath work out problem?

I had a particularly intense workout two nights ago and ever since my left thumb and left bicep have been overly sensitive to touch. Does anyone Know why this is. it doesn't hurt at all but instead there's this annoying tingling feeling i get... do you think its serious enough to go see a doctor about it?

You may have pinched a nerve.....If it goes on for a couple days I would see a specialist and have it looked at.. Try to ice it and see if that makes it better..Do not workout until it feels better....
