Achy neck!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!?
okay so ever since we started running me and my sister have both had REALLY stiff sore necks that hurt really bad...is this because of running? i tried taking tylonyol but it didnt help...i know i should see a dr. but in the meantime does anybody know of any effective relief? thanks!

You could try doing some neck stretches. You know the slow side to side and back and forth. Advil a lot of time works better on that kind of pain. Also try warm to cold compresses
