What is CAPSAICIN?...and what is it used for?


Answers:

I live in New Mexico, where green and red chile are always atop foods!! Capsican is the chemical or substance in chile and jalapanos which make them hot. And many people out here swear that they don't get colds or get sick because they eat so much green or red chile, because it does have some anti-viral qualities.

I've taken Capsican capsules for health benefits, since I don't like chile, but only for short time. Didn't care for them.
