How can I stay asleep longer in the morning?!


Question:

How can I stay asleep longer in the morning?

I have a problem where I can fall asleep easily, but can't stay asleep in the morning. typically i go to bed around midnight and wake up by 6am and can't stay asleep anymore.... any ideas?

I think it is because it is bright out side....Buy some black curtains and put them in the window when your going to sleep.That would reduce the brightness then I f you have air conditioner that would be good because of the sound.And if you have a fan try putting two.Drink water and everything before sleep and then in the morning you wont get up early.
