I have practice today at 4. Some easy and effective for my calfs please!

stretching to get rid of the pain will not work
it will only prevent future calf problems
stay off it before your workout if you can and
before you go workout for practice heat them
the complete opposite of icing your body
that would relax them during that time
once practice is over ice your legs so that they can heal
be sure to do stretches for your calfs from now on and keep icing
