Question: Exercises for a full leg cast...?
I just got a full leg cast for my broken ankle and i was wondering if there were any exercises to be done to keep my muscles from getting too weak

its actually not a good idea to exercise in a cast because it pulls on the bones that are broken and then you will need to be in a cast longer. when you get the cast off it honestly only take a week to 2 weeks to get your muscles back after a cast. i would say wait so you dont have to be in the cast longer and not heal.
