I have a cramp, its been ther all day! help please?

i have a cramp on the side of my belly jus a bit above my belly bottom. why is it there? could it be coz of my unhealthy diet?


Answers:

it sounds like you are stranglating your intestines with your poor diet.
Drink plenty of water to flush it through.
Did you eat something dry for dinner like chips or something coated in breadcrumbs?
