Why do they say that it is dirtier to wash your hands and not dry them?!

Question:

Why do they say that it is dirtier to wash your hands and not dry them?

I get annoyed in the public ladies room when women can be seen ripping 3 or 4 paper towels to dry their hands and I just let them air dry after washing my hands. I have heard its unsanitary to let them air-dry and I wonder why? It doesn't make sense...

Answers:

Because you can never get your hands fully dry with those air blowers, and germs thrive in moist areas. I get irritated when I'm in a restroom that doesn't have paper towels. Mostly because I use them to open the door to exit... I don't like touching dirty things after I JUST washed my hands!

I just read a few of your past answers, and I see why you are bothered by people who use paper towels. If you want the solution, then I hope you fight to legalize hemp, as it can be used for paper, and grows back much quicker than trees in the rain forest do. In fact Hemp grows back within a few months, as opposed to a few decades! Also, pests don't seem to like Hemp, so when it is set in rotation with other crops, the need for pesticides are reduced, which is another great thing for the environment.

As far as waiting for a rebuttal video to An Inconvenient Truth, check out The Great Global Warming Swindle. I think it's an excellent movie, and shows that no one denies Global Warming is happening. They just don't believe humans are the cause.
