Having terrible migraine for weeks.....?

ever since the temperature went up to 90+ degrees, I've been having terrible migraines. anyone have the same problem and what helps to get rid of it? i don't want to take medication because i end up feeling worse.

any home remedy or tips???????? ouch it hurts so bad.
