Are they any remedies for bad foot odor?!

Question:

Are they any remedies for bad foot odor?

Answers:

Foot odor is caused by bacteria, bacteria is caused by sweat and poor hygeine. Maybe you take a shower everyday, but just have really sweaty feet, either way, I am going to give you some advice, that if you take it, will help you rid yourself of foot odor for good.

First of all make sure it isn't in your shoes. If your shoes have a really bad odor that is permeated the insoles, you need to replace the insoles, or get new shoes. Secondly, if your feet sweat alot, you need to consider changing your socks about halfway through the day at lunchtime. If your foot odor is really bad, you might want to even consider washing them at lunch. Sprinkle powder in your shoes everynight when you get home. When you get home, take off your shoes and wear open toe sandals or slippers around to let your feet air out, don't wear socks when you are doing this. Finally, if you have athlete's foot, you need to apply lamisil to your feet three times daily for a week so it will go away. Whenever you are home go barefoot when you can, and change footwear when practical, don't wear the same pair of shoes everyday for every occasion. When you shower at night, wash your feet with soap and water, sometimes people neglect to do this, make sure you don't. If you do all of the items listed above, I guarantee you will not have bad foot odor any longer. I hope this helps.
