I have really weak knees...?
my doctor said i need therapy but i dont think we can afford it, what exercises can i do to strengthen them? how can i make them stronger?

well magic man i had this problkem before with afamily of mine and what we usually did is ran alot and walked alot it usually helped a bit so we just helped my cuz on moving its leg and massaging it just my tip is excersicing it alot and massaging it also move it as much as u can but careful because ur weaks knees might be something serios!
