I can't bear it anymore...please need help?!

I can't bear it anymore...please need help?

Well, yesterday my throat was itching.i woke up in the night feeling damn cold;i was shivering and needed two blankets to be able to sleep. This morning, i woke up feeling dizzy and i am having a migraine that is not leaving me. I felt like my head wanna explose.Its really painful i can't bear it anymore.

I want to know that is happening to me.What are the causes this state.Hope its not because its winter in my country.

Sounds like the Flu - these illness are not just during winter time.
