Ple help... questions about good way on taking care of eyes?
i work at night at the same time goes to school in daytime.. i slept from 2 am til 5 am and then take a bath.. my friend say that this routine will cause defect on my eyes? is it true? and if so and since i can't help it because i'm a working student, what would you suggest for an alternate way to take care of my eyes..
