Arm doesn't move. how to fix?
it's "frozen" as some ppl say. i've already been to the doctor they say nothing's wrong with it. it doesn't move and it hurts when i try to. how to fix?

Give it good dose of pain killers, give yourself a nice hot bubbly bath to soak in, learn to use the other arm while it's ill, then regularly eat oily fish or cod liver oil to help your joints stay supple long term.
I have had frozen shoulders and elbows - the doc always recommended massage which never worked but did give me something to do. Be patient, wait for the pain to go off, and the next time you go in for the same activity which prompted it, wear a long sleeved sweater or something to warm the arm up and take it slowly for a while so the arm gets used to it.
