Physical consequences for taking to much pills for migraine.?

I have been diagnosed with migraine and I am worry because I'm taking to much pills for decrease or eliminate the pain. I need to know if my body is going to be affected in the future for taking so many medicines to treat migraine. Please I need some advice and if there are some other forms to treat heavy headaches without the pills. I'm in the middle for CT Scan and Electroencephalogram for eliminate other reasons for the headaches. Thanks a lot!!
