Do B complex shot really help?!

Question:

Do B complex shot really help?

Hi all!
my wife is 42 years young. she eats far less than a normal person . 10 years ago, she had numb hands and the doctor perscribed her B-complex shots and some supplements. she had full course of 5 injections and then 2-3 repeats. it worked really well.

now, whenever she stops taking shots, she gets dark patches (pgmentation) on her cheeks, just below eyes. she feels fatigued. once she would start taking injections, once a week, all the symptoms go away. she takes b-12 100 mcg. she cannot take bcomplex orally and has no difficulty n getting shots in her upper arm. mostly, she takes vegeterian food. she does not like red meat.she has perfect weight and seldom becomes over weight.

my question is that has the pigmentation any relationship with bcomplex shots? has she become dependent on B complex shots? is their any co-relation between disappearance of symptoms with her B-complex shots.

Answers:

dear paul,

It seems that yor wife's B12 level dips, when it is not supplemented. If she is comfortable in getting shots, she may continue to get injections at regular intervals. However, you may also take advice of your family doctor.
