Shoulder issue...?
I have this nagging shoulder pain...it is tender on the outside part of the uppermost part of my arm....it hurts the most if I cocked my arm back as if to throw a ball or serve a tennis ball, and also if I pick something up in front of me...has anyone had something similar?

Could be a tendinitis or a bursitis. Try ice and heat and a course of advil if you can take it, moving it as little as possible. If a prudent course of basic treatment doesn't help then its time to probably get it checked out.
