Ok who's side should I be on?!

Question: Ok who's side should I be on?
ok...my Best Bud was out of a job and she knew my husband was a manager for an Auto Shop, so she begs me to hook her up. I told her she couldn't take advantage because he's my husband and then I begged my husband to help her out. Anyhow, my husband pretty makes up a job for her and pays her more then what her experience is worth and the first week is pretty nice and peachy for her. During the week one of the service guys gets fired so she has to step her game up a little bit and help out more. She is now p*ssed off that she's doing more then her job description and is complaining to everyone that will listen about my husband bossing her around. I mean they're short handed and my husband is stuck at a desk and when she goes out to eat lunch, ya think she'd say hey, can I bring you back something? All the guys complain about her. She take 2 hour lunches and is always in the washeoom fixin her makeup... I'm so dissapointed. He wants to fire her. Do I tell her or let her get fired?

Answers:

Keep out of it and let your husband fire her. All she asked from you was the chance -- and she blew it.

Your husband was nice enough to give her have a job and she wasted it. Let her get fired!

Both, tell her and let her get fired. You need to stand by your husband, as you asked him to help her find work. She, however, is taking advantage by not pulling her weight and showing that she was a good choice for you husband to help to find employment. In the future, remember, person life does not mix with employment life. Your friend may now blame you, instead of herself, or being grateful for the job opportunity in the first place, for her new job loss
