Swollen knee with numbness/burning and bruising?
i fell at about 3 am saturdaynight on a hard almost concret floor, landing on all fours but more on the left side, my left knee had an instant bruse,swelling an could not bend it. i put ice on it an went to the hospital the next day at around 4 pm, the swelling had not gone down at all, had x-rays taken but too much fulid to get a goodpicof the bone, The Dr. put a brace on my leg from my ankle to my hip to keep it straight and told me to take it off every few hrs to apply ice an to try to bend it. I have done this and the swelling has not gone down at all, the top of my knee cap is not brused but numb, and i get the feeling like there is blood running down my leg followed by a burning, almost like somone puttin a smoke out on it, the brusing is all around the kneecap an the whole back of it, my foot is swollen as well an i have been off of it , using the brace takin t'3s and endocet for pain, but after 4 days shouldn't there be some improvement with the swelling? should i go back to er

No. Do not go back to the E.R. you should really go see an Orthopedic Doctor for this problem. You could have a serious injury, and you may have to get an MRI if it continues. For now just rest it, elevate, and take an anti inflammatory for the swelling and discomfort. i hope everything works out for you! good luck
