How can i heal a swollen big toe?
its on my left foot, i accidently kicked a foot rest, i put iodex on it

i can't bend it but i can move it, i think that i can't bend it because the top is swollen

Rest it
Ice it
Compress it (bandage, etc.)
Elevate it
If that doesn't help in a couple days, or if the pain is intense, go see a doctor.
