My left wrist hurts when i rotate it as far right and as far left as it can go?!

Question:

My left wrist hurts when i rotate it as far right and as far left as it can go?

Nearly two weeks ago i had a fall and i broke my fall with my left forearm, it became swollen but has since healed. I am now left with a sharp pain that goes all the way up my arm whenever my wrist is rotated either far right or far left, or when i lift an item in an awkward fashion. Anything over 30 lbs is difficult to carry. What is wrong with me? Possibly a pinched nerve? Thanks

Answers:

GREETINGS, you should see a doctor, you may have fractured your arm or fractured/jammed one of the smaller connector bones that run from the wrist out to the fingers, they hurt like the dickens and you can't lift well when they are jammed or fractured. Until you see a dr, do not lift anything heavy, try to gently stretch it by pushing your hand lightly up towards elbow, then downward fingers towards the ground.
