Can I use anstiseptic cream for 1.5 year old baby?!

Question: Can I use anstiseptic cream for 1.5 year old baby?
I have the normal antiseptic cream which I use for myself for all kinds of cuts, cracks, wounds. Is there any problem to use this for the baby? My baby just got hurt by putting his little finger in between door. A small part of his skin is torn near the finger nail (no blood came out, but a layer of skin has come out). there is a red mark on the nail which shows that the nail was squeezed. I already kept his finger in cold water for 5 minutes.

Answers:

Rest easy mom,it won't hurt the baby. It's just an antibiotic ointment, he'll be fine.
Good luck and watch those doors they're into everything at that age.

It should be alright but go and get some baby antiseptic cream anyway because that is better for nappy rash.

Mum used it all the time
