Sleep issues?
I would like some tips on helping me get to sleep. I excercise plenty and don't over do the coffee or anything like that. it is not that I am not tired, just that I can't sleep. I have this problem quite often, but would like to avoid meds if possible. Any help would be appreiciated.

there is a natural tranquilizer{herbal] called valerian root, with no side effects, and it helps relax you to a state of sleepyness, and works for me-available in the herbal section of most pharmacies and vitamin sections over the counter-good luck!
