Can I do yoga right after I drink a glass of lemon-water?


Answers:

It should be okay to do yoga immediately after drinking lemon-water, but to be safe you can wait about 15 minutes. The feeling of bloating or fullness may feel uncomfortable and get in the way of doing certain poses such as inversions, twists, forward bends and backbends.
