My foot has been bothering me for 2 days now and I've looked online and don't know whats wrong, please help?
Its my left foot, rite under the big toe I think its my sesamoid bone. It hurts from that bone up through my big toe hurts when I walk on it or move it up or down. Its not broken because I CAN move it but it hurts when I move it. Can you sprain your toe? It is only my big toe. Please help!

It could be a fracture of the sesmoid bone or the metatarsal bone. Fractures in your foot are able to move usually becasue all the joints in there are not attached to one another with ligaments. I would get an xray to confirm but all the will do is give you pain meds and a boot and tell you to take it easy on it for 4-6 weeks.
