Over the counter med???

I am just curious if anynone knows any medicine over the counter that would help me out... I am always constipated and it hurts very badly to go to the bathroom. I guess I am after something that keeps my digestive system constantly flowing and allows me to use the restroom without so much pain.

All laxatives are addictive. You need to drink plenty of fluids, try dry berries, you can get them at costco. You should also have 3 fruit servings a day. Just eat a healthy diet.
