Bowel problem?

I always need to go in the morning and i get cramps when i do. My colour varies a lot and it can go from black (dark dark green) to light brown. I also get pain and cramps at around 5 pm every day. This has been going on for a while. What could it be?

I have been to a gastro already.

Black stools mean old blood or you are taking iron products. If the doc didn't do a colonoscopy and and GI series ask to have that done. Something is wrong is you are having black stools plus all the other colors.
