My right eye, right under the brow, has been twitching for 3 weeks. Why is that!

My right eye, right under the brow, has been twitching for 3 weeks. Why is that?
I have been having headaches off and on. Not always when the twitching is happening. The twitching goes on for several times a day.

The headaches and eye twitching are coming from the same thing. Stress....stress...stress You are tense and it is making the muscles in your neck and back tense up. When they tense up they tighten around your head causing headaches and squeezing nerve endings, that causes the eye to twitch.When I get those, I have a friend or a beautician give me a shampoo and scalp massage, limit my caffeine for a few days, and do some deep breathing and counting to 10 when I feel stressed out. Sounds nuts, I know. But it really helps.
