Ankles swelling??!

Ankles swelling??

my ankles are slightly swollen & I don't know what it could be from. I haven't injured them or anything. I walk with my dog about every day so I do exercise some. What can I do at home to help it go down?

ice them. but you need to see a doctor it is not normal to have swollen ankles
