migriane and or headache for 3 weeks?!

Question: Migriane and or headache for 3 weeks?
On March 5 I got a horrible migraine that would not respond to any treatment, Imitrex 100 mg. After a weekend of sleeping it got down to a headache. Ever since then it has been a constant headache everyday. It varies in intensity and at times is a migraine and then goes back to a normal headache. I have two pinched nerves in my neck and when this started my neck has been hurting a lot too. I have gone to the chiropractor numersous times and he has not been able to get my neck back in alignment. I have a doctor appt tomorrow but was wondering if anyone knew what thjis could be and wwhat I could be doing or taking to prevent it from happening again. I am at my wits end and any help or advise would help thanks

Answers:

Migraines are caused by dehydration - you just aren't drinking enough water.

The reason they feel better after sleeping is because when you're asleep and lying down, the body uses this time of inactivity to work on healing. Of course, it can't do much about your headaches if it doesn't have the water to work with.

You're probably drinking a lot of soft drinks. Contrary to what you've been led to believe, the water in these beverages does you little or no good. The sugars, caffeine and other additives such as carbonation are diuretics that pull out as much as 50% more water from you than what they contain. Doctors seem to ignore this when they tell you to "drink plenty of fluids".

Click below and follow the protocol exactly. It should help.
