Why do my wrists hurt?
I have recently been ill with a high temp & told I had a viral infection, now better but of an evening both my wrists hurt & its painful to move my hands. Been taking painkillers but not sure whats causing the pain. Dont want to have to go to Dr's again but any ideas whats causing this & whats wrong? Ta...

A viral infection can cause you to have many little aches and pains as your body recovers.
If I was you, I'd take some Ibuprofen tablets (Anti inflammatories) for a few days. Things will probably settle down by then....if not, pop along to your Dr's just to reassure yourself.
