My right arm aches..what could be cause?!

My right arm aches..what could be cause?
My right arm aches, deep inside. I have not injured it, this has been going on for about 48 hours..it starts at the neck and goes down to my wrist..also in the upper back. .I took Advil last night, then went to sleep. Any ideas on what it could be?

Muskuloskeletal maybe. Take Panadol. Cervical strain may cause it. Did you sleep with much thicker pillows 2 days back? Depending on your age (U have not mentioned) it may also be Cervical Spondylosis.
