Ive been going to the gym recently but past few days Ive had bother with my sciatic nerve?
is it ok to still go to the gym? find the pain comes and goes, would it be ok to use the rowing macine,exersise bike?

Exercise bike is fine - don't do the rower - it aggravates the back!
Get acupuncture fast - it is the best cure - it really helps a lot!
Overall exercise is good but stop if it hurts too much!
Swimming is very good as it doesn't put too much strain on the back and also aquarobics!
