Herbal Cigarettes?
I stopped smoking 40 days ago, but still fighting the urge to light up. Has anyone tried herbal cigarettes? Please let me know if they help.....thanks for help.

I would say that you are doing really blooming well and you should just stick to what you are doing rather than looking for a substitute. You have managed 6 weeks smoke free and that is excellent.
The urge takes much longer to go because it is a fixed pathway in your brain (the more you smoked the more ingrained it is)
If you can stick to what you are doing and see if you can't break that cycle in your brain by becoming really aware of it and doing something else at that time instead.
Just a thought and prob not what you really wanted to hear but WELL DONE YOU ANYWAY
