Question:
Why do my knees swell up alot more during my period & my hips ach?
My knees swell up all the time off & on & my hips ach but when i'm on my period my knees tend to swell up more & my hips ach to the point where i cant walk.Why?I'm a 42 year old women.
I dont work right now.Although i used to climb alot of stairs outside for 18 years in cold weather & heat.

It sounds like you are retaining water. Take something with a diuretic (like midol) in it and if you notice you are urinating a lot (and it is mostly clear) that's what it is. You need to reduce the amount of sodium/salt in your diet.
