Everytime something hits my hand I hear a clink sound, like somethings moving, wut should I do, besides go see a doctor?? do u think i broke my hand or part of it?

it hurts sometimes, like when i squeeze it or hold something really tight. and I wasn't wearing any jewelry and I know it isn't my knuckles cracking. I haven't been injured in that hand.
